After 9 years working to the recognized position of Regional Director for Harris Dept. Stores in Visual Merchandising, she set out on her own. In 1995 Danielle began her visual freelancing and consulting business now known as Hopper Studios. She specializes in the design and fabrication of fixtures and props, product merchandising, signage and window displays for all types of retail. Her business focuses on in-line temporary stores, specialty stores, kiosks and carts as well as service businesses and restaurants.
To date Danielle has headed up the visual merchandising of ten grand opening RMU projects, from the launch of the specialty retail program at Denver International Airport and the Miracle Mile Shops in Las Vegas… to the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica and the revitalizing of the retail shops at Sunset and Vine in Hollywood.
Her clients include the property ownerships of Westfield, Forrest City, General Growth, Simon Properties, Craig Realty Group, Provenzano Resources, Caruso Properties and The Irvine Co. where she continues to work in their visual merchandising programs.
Her more recent endeavors have been the launch of the temp tenant programs at Pacific City in Huntington Beach and The Headquarters located in San Diego.
Unique sides to Danielle’s business include window display, seasonal decorating, décor for marketing projects, fashion show stage design, and special events as well as weddings.
Danielle is both a designer and builder with an “in -house shop”, which enables her to be closely connected and reviewing the project from start to finish.
She is also a faux painter, muralist and floral designer. Her talents enable her to be versatile, engaged and open to the first time endeavors many of her clients are challenged with.
