  • Initial Consultation: Comprehensive assessment of the merchant’s business, goals, and vision for the leased space, followed by tailored design and layout concepts for review.

  • Design & Approval: Creation of artist renderings and scaled 3D drawings for submission to property management and lease approval.

  • Custom Fixture Fabrication: In-house design and construction of custom display fixtures (never subcontracted), along with sourcing of all supplies, visual elements, and signage.

  • Installation & Merchandising: Delivery and professional installation of fixtures, plus personalized, one-on-one merchandising support to prepare for opening day.
